What Happens Next after your gift card order?

 

If you buy an existed amount gift card, a confirmation email and code will be sent to your email. A physical gift card will be sent upon request to the address you wish to send.

How much time do you need to fulfill my order?

Your order will be fulfilled within three business days, from the time we receive your full payment. If you would like to receive a physical gift card , just let us know. Either way, shipping is on us!

 

I need these really soon (less than seven business days).

Send us an email right away and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

 

What if any of my recipients want to return or exchange their gift?

Please note, all gifting orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

What payment do you accept?

You can pay for your order with a credit card. As soon as we receive your full payment, we will begin processing your order. Please note, all bulk and corporate orders are subject to inventory availability at the time that full payment is received.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do offer a discount for all bulk orders. After you fill out the form, a member from our customer care team will reach out with more information.
